Seafood Sams

Founded in 1974, Seafood Sam’s opened its first restaurant in a former laundromat with just six employees. Over 30 years later, Seafood Sam’s now has four locations throughout Cape Cod, Massachusetts.  Mike Lewis, owner of Seafood Sam’s Falmouth, and Jeff Lewis, owner of Seafood Sam’s Sandwich, were looking for a way to better communicate with their guests. Both Mike and Jeff were interested in hearing their guest’s opinions on the use of trans-fat, as well as evaluate their dining experiences.  The question was how could they effectively gather the needed information and obtain tabulated results on which to base their business decisions?
